Before you visit
Where are you located?
4120 Six Forks Road, Suite 110, Raleigh, NC 27609. There is free parking beside the building, and the entrance is on the ground floor.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you plan to use insurance, and a list of the medicines you take to show your doctor. Wear clothes you can move in, and arrive 10 minutes early. A parent or guardian comes with any child.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Some days we have openings. Call the front desk in the morning and they will tell you. For anything urgent, call 911 or see a physician.
