Dr. Kareem Hafez

Doctor of Chiropractic

I look after school-age children, their parents and their grandparents, and I explain what I find before I treat.

I opened Kine so families in Raleigh could have a chiropractor who explains first. Every new patient starts with a conversation about how you move and what you want from care, and then an exam.

I tell you what I found, what the options are and what the risks of each are, and we agree on a plan together. You can change it or stop at any time.

Our team is small. The people at the front desk and in the treatment room know you and your family by name.

How we work

Three habits that shape every visit.

  • We examine first

Before any adjustment, your doctor looks at how you move, sit and stand, and asks what you want from care.

  • We explain, then you decide

You hear what was found, the options, the risks of each and what each would cost. Treatment starts only if you agree.

  • The plan stays in your hands

Your doctor reviews your plan as you go. You can pause, change or stop at any time, and we tell you when another provider would suit you better.

What to expect

What families can count on from us

  • Time to talk

Your first visit starts with a conversation, not a form about your health.

  • Plain answers

Your doctor explains what he found and your options in words you can repeat at home.

  • Hours that fit school days

Weekday visits until 6 p.m. and Saturday mornings.

  • Gentle options

Low-force methods for children, for pregnancy and for anyone who prefers them.

  • A calm room

A quiet treatment room with adjustable tables and a chair for a parent.

  • Families together

Children are seen with a parent in the room, and family members can book back to back.
